Instead of using less perfume and cheaper ingredients, EWTS PLUS uses high quality sanitation perfume that takes care of those pesty odors in a way that other products don’t. The rich blue industrial dye offer complete coverage to tanks without staining walls and equipment. We strive to become more and more environmentally responsible by using a blend of bacteria and enzyme to break down waste and keep tank walls grime free.
We highly recommend not mixing EWTS Plus with other products. EWTS Plus works as a complete solution for your black water tank. Mixing with other chemicals will neutralize the effect of the enzyme and bacteria blend used in our sachets. For this reason tanks previously treated with a chemical deodorizer must be thoroughly rinsed before first use.
Our sachets come in a water soluble film and should not be open. Just toss one in and the time released ingredients will dissolve quickly at first contact with water.
EWTS sachets should not be opened. Our sachets are ready made for use in all size tanks. One sachet, one dose. Opening the sachet will just make a huge mess and could cause allergic reactions.
Our sachets improved performance guarantees effectiveness up to 7 days year round. Expecially when the weather gets hot. EWTS PLUS is designed to gain efficiency during the summer months.
Questions about orders.
You do not need to sign in to place your order. Although, It can be more convenient if you do, you’ll have access to your order history, shipping and order information. We even offer discounts for first time subscribers.
Once you have placed all of your items in the cart, you simply click ‘Checkout’ and follow the next screen to input your billing and shipping details.
At the moment we accept these forms of payment:

Currently we do not accept:
- Money orders
We do not currently accept PayPal.
Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE within the same working day if you need to make changes to your existing order. If your order hasn’t been processed, we should be able to do so.
In some cases we may not be able to cancel or change your order since we ship so quickly. In these situations, we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.
We will replace any damaged or defective items right away! Please provide us with a photo to help us understand what has gone wrong and improve what we do to avoid similar problems in the future.
Questions about shipping.
You can update the shipping address for your order if you contact us within the same working day. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address.
Sometimes the following situation can occur with deliveries marked as delivered:
- A neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- The delivery carrier marked the package as delivered in advance
If you still can’t find the package, please double check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, contact us via email@example.com and we’ll send you a free replacement right away.
